Guests have full access to the house, backyard, and all common spaces. Some cabinets remain locked for storage. Self check-in allows for seamless entry. Enjoy views of the Sandy River (no direct river access, but public entry points are mapped in our guidebook).

Other Things to Note:

• Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. Keep music and noise at a considerate level.

• Parking: All cars must be in the driveway. No street parking.

• Pets are not allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

• No drugs, smoking or vaping of any kind on the property, $500 if evidence of smoking.

• Winter weather can impact the greater Mt. Hood area. Please check road conditions prior to your stay, as snow and/or ice may be present on roads, driveways, and walkways. AWD/4WD vehicles are highly recommended during winter conditions.

• In rare cases, mountain weather can cause temporary power and/or Wi-Fi interruptions. The house is stocked with basic emergency supplies for your comfort.

• Coffee Station: The Keurig makes both full pots and single cups using pods. A pour-over setup is in the pantry for the coffee purists. Cups and supplies are at the coffee station.
