"Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar – es sind keinerlei Wünsche offengeblieben. (es war schon der zweite). Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Umgebung und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war für uns besonders praktisch. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet – stets freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm. Besonders begeistert waren wir außerdem von der Sauna, dem Dampfbad und dem Hot-Tub, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannender...

"This hotel was incredible. The restaurant was delicious and a lot of the food is cooked in their Geothermal oven. We had a beautiful room that overlooked the river. Beds were comfy and we loved the hot tub. The only thing to note, is there is a strong sulfur smell in the rooms, but it didn’t bother us that much. After a while you get used to it ."

"The town was quaint. The hotel was clean and mostly updated. The Geothermal pool was my favorite part. The stay at this hotel could’ve been better if the beds were comfortable. The mattresses were hard and similar to military dorm beds. I’m hoping with the new reservations that was happening while I was there that would be one of the things this hotel would update. The front desk staff was personable and full of knowledge as far as where to explore in the area. "

"Parking was good.thete was some mold under the window.there wetent enough towels, i asked for 2 more and they gave them to me.the walk way was solid ice i asked for some salt to be put down before i would have fallen.breakfsst was good but the same all 4 days.nice variety though. No microwave that would have been helpful."

"The accommodation looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. It was located right next to Kerið Crater, making it easy and convenient to step outside at night to watch the northern lights. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub, which was a bit disappointing. It’s definitely a place we would love to stay at again and highly recommend to others."

"This was the coolest place we stayed in during our entire trip. The room had everything we needed & had some very fun surprises built in as well. The wind was super strong during our stay but we still slept soundly. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Selfoss, but it is absolutely worth the stay. The northern lights viewing space at the top of the tower is incredible! It’s quiet, cozy & has seating all around. We met one other couple while we were there & they showed us some amazing photos they...

"Very nice and cozy cottage. Could've been a little more clean (some dusty areas and especially the dishes were pretty dirty). Sadly no spices or oil to cook with, i think should be part of a well equipped kitchen. Maybe also provide 1 more towel for each guest for convenience. There was no second key in the cottage as told before but the rest of the communication was fine. Very nice spot for northern lights watching. Would come back."

"Attention ce n’est pas un hôtel même s’il ressort dans le filtre hôtel. Pas de réception ni ménage (néanmoins changement de serviettes sur demande). Un petit-déjeuner a été annulé et remplacé par de la nourriture à emporter la veille. Sinon peu de choix lorsqu’il n’est pas annulé. Bon emplacement pour partir en excursion sur le cercle d’or, et bon spot pour les aurores boréales."
