This luxurious seaside house is a delight, close to the beach, shops and pier in one of Southwold’s most desirable areas. Spacious rooms, stunning views and private parking make this a fabulous destination for groups or large families of all ages, and you can bring your furry friends, too.

Throughout this impressive holiday home the emphasis is on space, light and comfort. The stunning kitchen/diner is the place to gather, and has so many amenities, including a wine fridge and a Jura coffee machine, as well as a sofa and TV. The dining table is by the garden doors: fold them back for that inside/outside feeling. After supper, chill out in the huge lounge, where there’s ample seating, a Smart TV, DVD and surround-sound speakers. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors onto the garden. Head to the first floor for the remaining bedrooms, the first of which is a double with views over the marshland and beyond, as well as an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom (king-size on request) and the bunk-bed room share a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. For a morning cuppa while breathing in the seaside air or evening meals alfresco, the outside space includes a raised decked area with dining furniture, while the enormous patio includes an outdoor seating set and a parasol.

With so much to do in lovely Southwold you’re spoilt for choice. Stroll the prom or pier, watch the children paddle on the boating lake, enjoy the town’s pretty architecture and explore the many shops, galleries and places to eat and drink - keeping the lighthouse as your landmark. In summer, you can take the ferry to Walberswick, or hire a bike and tour the surrounding villages, enjoying the coastal scenery en route.
