Family Getaway in Historic Village | Fenced Pool & Lush Gardens

Villa Satra is a 190 sq.m two-storey, stone built villa, located on one of the highest spots of the village offering views on the Cretan Sea, Mt. Psiloritis and the whole area. The villa was formally an oil factory built in 19 century and in 1949 it was converted to a residence with the addition of the first floor. Now it has been fully renovated (2012) and transformed into a comfortable villa with combination of the modern and traditional style. Villa Satra can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and up to 10 if needed. All the interiors are cozy and tastefully decorated with wooden and iron furniture, elegant drapery and curios.
Entering the villa on the ground floor, the living room area provides a complete entertainment area, as the TV corner has a DVD player, satellite TV and WiFi connection.The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials (such as electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine).
There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. This floor has two bathrooms and one is an en-suite bathroom with a double room.
Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Satra, is a relaxing holiday haven, filled with plants and flowers, promising to take your worries way. The outdoor facilities include:
- A 40 sq.m. private swimming pool. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge.
- The pool area is equipped with a hammock, sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities including a charcoal grill and a traditional wood oven.

- Outdoor dining table for al fresco dining.
- A ping pong table for you to enjoy.
- A lawn-covered area next to the pool, perfect for our young guests to play!
- In a lower level there is a large fenced plot of land which has vegetable gardens and fruits trees to which you can help yourselves and enjoy with your meals!
- Parking space inside the villa premises.
- The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.

The Villa is located in Eleftherna village. Eleftherna village has some traditional cafeterias, a tavern where they also offer nice breakfast and a mini market.
Our village is one of the most well known villages in the whole Greece for the historical site and the newly built museum which are a stone-throw away from our villa! The archaeological site and the Museum of Ancient Eleftherna are worth a visit for discovering and feeling the ancient history of the area.Our family will give you all the information that you might need about the area and also inform you for activities that you can do around!
