The estate consists of two different villa types. The front-row villas, Pueblo, Thoi and Persi, are single-storey villas, while Eeanthe and Melia are spacious two-storey villas. All villas have been carefully designed to ensure privacy and uninterrupted sea views.

Created and furnished to the highest standards using premium branded materials, every detail has been thoughtfully selected. Compac kitchen worktops, Kahrs wooden flooring, Greek white marble, Grohe water systems, Augenti and Beca lighting, Schüko frames, Cocomat beds and designer furniture by Poul Christiansen & Boris Berlin (Gubi) and Paola Navone for Emu are only some of the features that make your stay truly unique.

Stay in your own private villa, enjoy complete freedom and privacy, while benefiting from the facilities and services offered throughout the estate. Each villa includes private sun loungers directly beside the crystal-clear waters.

Guests may also enjoy the shared facilities of the estate, including an outdoor playground, vegetable gardens, breakfast area and private parking.

Our complimentary hotel-style services make the difference during your stay and include housekeeping every three days, daily reception service and our Holiday Advisor & Concierge Center, where guests can receive recommendations and assistance throughout their holiday.

VILLA LAYOUT

Villa Eeanthe is a spacious two-storey villa with magnificent sea views, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for families and groups looking for comfort, privacy and authentic Cretan hospitality.

Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan living area that combines the lounge, indoor dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Large glass doors create a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces, providing direct access to the private swimming pool, garden and relaxation areas.

On the ground floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms designed to provide peace and relaxation, along with a full bathroom. The bedrooms feature premium Cocomat mattresses and high-quality linens, ensuring an exceptional sleeping experience.

Moving upstairs, guests will find the third bedroom as well as an additional spacious bathroom. The upper floor opens onto a spectacular large terrace offering panoramic views of the Cretan Sea, the surrounding countryside and breathtaking sunsets that often remind visitors of the famous Santorini landscape.

It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, a glass of wine in the evening or simply relax while admiring the stunning scenery and unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

Outside, Villa Eeanthe features a private swimming pool with sun loungers, beautifully landscaped gardens, outdoor seating areas and relaxing spaces designed to make the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge and requires advance notice at least one week before arrival.

Thalasses Villas offers two different beach experiences. The first is our exclusive private beach area located directly in front of the villas, fully equipped with private sun loungers and umbrellas reserved exclusively for our guests. The second is a larger natural beach located in front of the estate, where many of the photographs featured in our galleries and promotional material have been taken. Guests can therefore choose between the tranquillity and privacy of our exclusive beach area or the wider beach setting of the surrounding coastline.

Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor of each villa. The vegetable garden, outdoor playground, breakfast area and parking space are shared between all 5 villas of the complex.
