EXCELENTE UBICACION MUY CERCA CAMINANDO DEL CENTRO, MUCHOS RESTAURANTES, PUBS Y BARES LATINOS, EXCELENTE AMBIENTE NOCTURNO. EL HOTEL MUY LIMPIO, LOS CHICOS DE RECEPCION EXCELENTE ATENCION... LAS HABITACIONES MUY GRANDES CON COCINETA, LO RECOMIENDO SIN DUDA.

While the lobby and other shared areas are beautiful and well-maintained, the room had a dormitory feel - ie: minimalist and not particularly welcoming. The folks at the breakfast place are lovely - above and beyond, but the front desk staff are 'meh'. If you get laundry done, you must go and collect it at the front desk. Just fyi. Don't wait like I did. Also, they provide bath and hand towels but no washcloths. All of that said, if you like a sauna and cold plunge, onsite bar and restaurant, plus a great location and you're finding the The Address price is right for you, by all means book it. That's what I did. I spent very little time in the room. Agyle and St. Vincent Streets, Kelvingrove Gallery, The Necropolis...are walkable or a short uber ride. Some of the best shopping 'Style Mile' is right out the front door.
