"After many WHATSAPP conversations internationally, hotel manager promised a refund for an error in reservation date for two rooms which were rebooked with ANEW as soon as an error was discovered. If he had answered Expedia’s calls, the problem wouldn’t exist. The manager reneged on his promise when I arrived. I would have pursued it further had he not assured me of the credit to my account. Bate and switch. I could say more."

"The staff was very warm and friendly. Breakfast was almost the same everyday. Housekeeping was great. Only downside is the pool is small and deep so not the best for kids who are learning to swim. Otherwise a great place to be."

"Very comfortable stay. The hotel’s location in the stadium mall is perfect for shopping, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I noticed a slight cigarette smell in my bathroom, but it appears to have been coming from an adjacent room rather than being a hotel issue. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay again."
