It would have been nice if they told me in advance I needed the hotel key to go down to the ground floor.
I stayed on the 5th floor. When I arrived the AC wasn't working. I told the staff and they said they'd let someone know. It turns out, they knew the AC wasn't working the entire time.
I asked if there was a room where the AC worked. Their response was, it'll be fixed in 45 minutes. It was not. The AC didn't work my entire stay. When I informed the ladies the AC wasn't working, I was ignored.
