"Had an amazing vacation staying here. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large backyard with lots of games for our teenagers (and us) to enjoy! The beach is about a 1 minute walk to the sand! You can see the entry point from the cottage front porch. The central AC worked perfectly to keep us cool, even during a heat wave! Tons of space in cupboards and a secondary large capacity ice box for food. Lots of options for groceries within minutes from the cottage as well as a nice convenience...

"The cottage is situated in a quiet, shady neighborhood and is only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It is a quick drive to downtown Grand Bend. House was overall clean upon our arrival and was very comfortable- AC worked well. Kitchen is spacious and easy to move around in. "Our time here was a great summer vacation! The sunsets are incredible. The home was nice and comfortable. The teens loved the air hockey table. The stairs down to the water were built well and stable. Yes, there is a break wall but a nice ladder was provided and easy to use. It may be difficult for someone with mobility concerns. "This is a lovely, newly built home with lots of fun amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The big game room on the lower level is fantastic. Having one of the two bathrooms on the lower level is handy for the usage of the hot tub, cool plunge and sauna. The upstairs living space with kitchen and bedrooms is spacious. We also enjoyed both balconies. The location is perfect for visiting the Pinery. We would definitely book again."
