"Hotel es buena la zona un poco descuidada "

"The hotel was amazing!! a great experience. It was a bit far but the hotel is a 5 Star experience! It was really worth the stay! ❤️ Thank you! 😊 The Free Breakfast was awesome!"

"Cómodo, amables tiene todos los servicios pasamos una estancia muy cómoda "

"Amazing with amazing staff that are really helpful an make you feel welcomed. It is really hard to get to so just ask them to take you to Zhenghexiang Health Pharmacy it’s the fourth building on the 24th floor will be coming back this November that’s how good it is!!"

"A good place for an overnight stay."

"The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working."

"Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. "

"This newly opened hotel provided one of the most comfortable sleeping experiences we’ve ever had. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, as were the team members in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast itself was among the best we’ve ever enjoyed. We will definitely return the next time we have the opportunity to visit this city."

"Las camas son muy cómodas. Mi habitación estaba en unos de los extremos por lo que las mañanas fueron muy silenciosas, ademas de que el area no es comercial. El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales."

"It’ terrible, I was given a room facing the street, and it was extremely noisy. The noise was simply unbearable and didn’t stop until around 10 p.m."

"The hotel is pretty far The written address does not match the one on the map the didis always take to other point, in the bathroom was with lot of hairs and smells cigarret the room extremely I decide don’t stay there one night more and they told me they refound me that night in 6th of may because all administrations department was on vacations and now my platform that I bock @hotels.com say they say don’t want to pay nothing when they accept to do that the 6th of may. I can’t believe it this...

"This hotel doesn't take a credit card from outside of China. It makes the check-in very difficult. Many Chinese tourists who stay next door make loud noise at night."
