Secluded Lookout Cabin Hovering Above Town of Republic

This is a very simple one-room cabin on 13+ acres with 360 degree views for miles. It is ideal for a couple or small family of 4. The cabin sits on a knoll about 1/4 mile as the crow flies above the charming little town of Republic. You can see the whole town from here, as well as the mountains beyond in all directions. The cabin has been updated with new flooring and kitchen cabinets. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, and there is also a dual propane/charcoal grill.

NOTE as of October 10th, the outside flush toilet has been winterized. The toilet option for winter is an outhouse.

There is one queen Murphy bed and one full-size futon for sleeping, so max 4 people inside the cabin.

There is public land and timberland adjacent to the cabin, so you can hike, or snowshoe for miles outside the cabin door.

If you have ever rented a forest service cabin, this is similar, although it also has electricity and a full kitchen setup. If you are looking to get away from it all and spend time on the porch taking in the view and the stars, this is the spot. Yet you can also make a quick run into town for whatever you need (restaurants, grocery store, and brewery).
