Located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a quiet building next to the train station (2 min walk).

Housing

Ideally located, close to all transport (bus and metro) and amenities (shops, restaurants, bars ...). Recently renovated and nicely decorated, perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay.
The apartment has a large living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a WIFI (very high speed fiber optic) internet connection.

The kitchen is fitted and equipped (oven, induction hob, fridge, dishes, coffee machine ...). A space is designed for lunch or dinner directly in the kitchen.

The cozy bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a WC area.

All household linen is provided (bath sheets, bed linen, tea towels ...)

From the SNCF train station, the accommodation is 2 minutes' walk away.

Spacious and comfortable. Location near Gare perfect.

Close to Gare Rennes. Hosts helpful and attentive. At late arrival from Rolling Strikes across Train Network it was bliss to walk down the road into building. 2 Elevators. Spacious and light, attractively furnished apartment was comfortable. Washer/Dryer was fast and easy. Iron and Board too. Large bathroom with big shower. Compact functional kitchen. TV and Wifi excellent. The little bedroom balcony enabled fresh cooling air in to apartment. Good storage. We easily travelled to little towns nearby by train and Bus. Recommend Dinard by bus from Rennes. Rennes has some love old architecture and Churches which are easily accessed on foot from the Apartment. There was a U Epicerie close for groceries. Unbeatable location.

Chouette appart' 2 personnes bien chauffé près gare.

Nous avons découvert Rennes grâce au ticket journée, tourisme surtout bretonnant -librairie l'Encre de Bretagne, Dastum et le Festival Yaouank, heureux de plonger dans cet univers. La super communic. avec la propriétaire et son appart nous l' a permis, quelles belles journées!

Convenient stay in Rennes

This one-bedroom apartment was a great choice for our short stay in Rennes. It was very clean, and it even has a full, U.S.-sized shower! Such a nice change after having to squeeze into showers in so many hotels and rentals in Europe.

Sublime vacances dans un logement adapté et bien décoré pour 2 personnes Seul bémol, la voix de chemin de fer cote chambre un peu bruyante. Accueil à l’arrivée d’une durée de 2 minutes à peine et au rdc. Manque patères dans salle de bain, cuisine, chambre.

Très mignon petit appartement, fidèle en tout point à la description.

A proximité immédiate de la gare SNCF, l'appartement de Marine est très pratique et fonctionnel. Nous avons été accueillis par Fred le concierge, très bon contact. Proche du centre historique de Rennes, et de petits commerces, avec le métro est a quelques dizaines de mètres. Prévoir le stationnement payant. Quartier en cours de rénovation. Très bon séjour.

Great Location

Great location and price near to the Metro and Train station. Had no problems at all, quite noisy at times due to being next to the train tracks but this didn't spoil the stay. Clean apartment, wouldn't recommend for small children due to balcony. Overall very happy, would stay again.

Bel et grand appartement bien situé pour visiter la ville avec toutes les commodités. L'air climatisé serait un plus lors de chaleur à cause de la proximité de la gare (fermeture des fenêtres).

Appartement proche de la gare, très pratique, pour se déplacer, métro, à côté, appartement très propre et moderne, bien agencé, avec ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur, seul inconvénient, on entend parfois le passage des trains,. Mais, si nous devons revenir, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Rennes Apartment near train station

This is a very nice modern apartment adjacent to the train station. The owner and her representative were very responsive. The location is within easy walking distance of the historic areas of Rennes. I stayed with my wife and two sons. The apartment is a bit small for four people but ideal for a couple. The apartment faces the train tracks, but the noise was minimal. It is a perfect base from which to explore Rennes.

Close to everything and short train ride to St Malo which is Amazing.

Close to bus n train station like 3 minutes. Close to restaurants close to grocery. Although close to trains the sound was minimal. The shower very nice. Thank you for the hair dryer👍👍nice TV. Host met us right away. If you stay here go to st Malo. Amazing place. Thank you for your hospitality.
