Amazing place, great vibe, excellent service
"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. ..."

Do not go.
"Blown away about how bad this was. I cant comprehend how it is possible to own a hotel like this and just totaly ruin it. Some of the worst service in Sri Lanka we experienced on our 14 days trip through the country. Breakfast, if you can call it that was so terrible we just stopped eating. The pictures ..."

"The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. "The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there ..."
