Esta casa de dos niveles ofrece un sótano totalmente renovado con 2da sala de estar, tres dormitorios, baño completo y área de juegos (futbolín / mesa de ping pong). Gran espacio para vacaciones familiares multigeneracionales y familias numerosas. El nivel superior es hermoso y espacioso con lugar de piso abierto, cocina equipada y renovada, gran sala de sol con asientos cómodamente y tres dormitorios y baños adicionales. Family vaca

Overall it was a great place for our family vacation. The accommodations were sufficient and convenient. Things that came in handy were the number of bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, and pool. However, the VRBO listing did not have all the information detailing what was in the house. There was more in the house provided than led to believe and the REMAX agent didn’t have all those details which would be nice since traveling from a far. We had a few issues upon arrival and they sent someone right away and he was very nice and helpful. The distance from the beach ended up being a bit harder than expected to lug our stuff everyday back and forth but it worked out and the walk through Tidewaters was a nice scenic route. Driving worked well too but the area is busy and crowded. The nearby Market and playground was nice to have close by too. Thanks!

Very nice with plenty of space

The house was great for our group of 16. Plenty of space for us to hang out both inside and outside. Kitchens had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice. We all commented on how clean this house was in comparison to many houses we’ve rented over the past 10 years. One small note…The bedroom downstairs with the twin bunks is tiny with no closet. My husband and I used it and were fine for the week, but others may be uncomfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. Obviously, the pool was great and a plus when you'd like to swim when not on the local beaches. Having two kitchens and two washer/dryers helped enormously with our party of 12 (including 4 grandchildren). There were quite a large number of kitchen utensils, glassware, plates and appliances which were very useful. Probably the biggest benefit was the screened in porch which kept insects out and very comfortable in the evenings as the porch was on the east side of the house, Overall, a great vacation house.

Fabulous Family Fun

We were the grandparents with our sons and grandchildren, ages 1 1/2 -7. The pool was certainly the highlight for all the kids and something we enjoyed every afternoon. It was wonderful to finally have a dining table large enough to accommodate all 13 of us. By far the best equipped house we've ever rented. From kitchen items to games and even some toiletries. That said, the only condiments were salt and pepper. No sugar or oil. I don't know if items like dish and laundry detergent were left by previous renters or supplied, but even though I brought those items, it was nice to find them there as we did run out of laundry detergent. I love to pay it forward and left items as well.We loved the two separate living rooms as we could put the kids in the basement and have it a little quieter upstairs! The porch was a favorite spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or card games after the kids were in bed. Was also a great place to sit and watch the rain.A negative is there's no ac in the bunk rooms so you have to rely on the ceiling and floor fans.With young kids in our party it would have been nice if there were upper locks on the doors to prevent the little ones from going outside and accessing the pool. Our rental last summer had them and we greatly appreciated it. That said, we just kept a close eye on them.Also, so you're not taken by surprise, know that the view from the porch isn't a scenic one. We knew that going in so not a big deal for us.

Awesome home for girls weekend!

This home is exactly as pictured, very spacious! It was very comfortable for 15 of us, with room for more! The pool was a nice added feature for our group. Owner was very accommodating and Tricia at the management company went above and beyond with communication! Much appreciated!! 20 min walk to shopping was good for exercise but after buying things, we needed to Uber back. This does not take away from the beautiful home though.

Sister weekend

My 4 sisters stayed here last year & loved it so much we had to return! We are going to make it an annual tradition! The house is very spacious & clean! The weather was wonderful so we were able to sit around the pool talking & laughing! We were close enough to walk to downtown Rehoboth and enjoy the shops & restaurants.

Multiple Family Stay

Modern, clean, spacious- good location. There were 13 of us-plenty of room for all. We had our elderly parents with us and they navigated the 1st floor easily. They used the side door to go to the pool area independently. We rented bikes for the week- the bike trail is very close by. Pool was wonderful- plenty of outdoor seating. Outdoor corn hole and axe throwing. Indoor ping pong, foosball and arcade game with LOTS of games. Remax was very responsive when I called- the trash was missed ( service never took cans out for pick up). 1 call and it was handled. This home is within walking distance of many area attractions.

This was our 2nd stay at this awesome beach house. It is perfect for our group of 13. The front porch and pool are great amenities. The home is also very spacious and is in a great location. Its a short 1 mile walk to the beach. We'll likely be back again!!

HGTV should not be associated with listing

My family and I have been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany beach for the past 5 years and we usually like to switch up the properties we rent. This property by far has been the worst and the worst advertised. We were 9 people in total and when we hung out upstairs we were on top of each other. We could not hang out downstairs because of the intense mildew smell and the backed up sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The other down side to this property is there is no direct out to the pool. You have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. This was not acceptable for my elderly parents. The AC never properly worked, one night the thermostat hit 80. The upstairs fridge never kept anything cold and the freezer kept opening every time you opened the fridge and things melted. For the amount of money spent on this property, you would have expected 5 star all the way. Overall, this property is not worth the price and I am still waiting for someone to exactly tell me what episode of HGTV beach makeover this house was on!!! We will not rent this property again.

The best of everything!

Great house. Fully stocked and then some. Once a year our family gets together here in Rehoboth and this is by far our favorite. Easy commute to beach. Hope to be back next year and many years to come.

Great home for family and friends

We had 8 adults and 8 children stay for a week in this home and we had a great time! The house is decorated so cute, the outdoor space is terrific, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Getaway

A group of friends getting together for a weekend of relaxation, shopping, eating, fun and games. The house had plenty of space where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard is a nice touch with the pool. I wish it was better weather to enjoy the pool.
