"We were having a very nice stay until our last night there. About 1 am, the toilet got plugged but because of the types of toilets the water would not stop running. We had to use the ice container to bail out water until we could get a plunger sent up. Those types of toilets should never be used in a hotel. Also there should be more than one staff member on site in the evenings."

"Well located in Regina, staff were excellent. They are working in a system that the owners have made it difficult to recommend this hotel. From the plasticized mattress protectors to the lack of room cleaning unless one asks for it, however this is not posted anywhere. It was only through the incredibly good front desk staff that made this stay tolerable. They were excellent!"
