Welcome to this charming two-story house with a bright and spacious interior in the heart of Harbour Landing, Regina! Our cozy home is the perfect base for your stay, whether you're here for business, visiting, or just a getaway. It offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for families or groups.

This beautiful modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms in the south of Regina. Only 5 minutes away from the airport, and 10 minutes away from Downtown. Short drive to Ring Road making it easy to access most locations throughout Regina.

Main Floor:

-The main floor boasts an open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, TV lounge, and dining area. It's the perfect setting for socializing and entertaining.
-The modern and fully-equipped kitchen includes amenities such as a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, and all the essentials for whipping up delicious meals.
-A 50" TV takes center stage in the TV lounge and comes equipped with all your favourite Video-On-Demand (VOD) apps, including Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ for endless entertainment options.
-The dining area provides a cozy space for family meals and gatherings.

Second Floor:

Great spot for 4 adults for a 5 night stay. There was a lovely back deck but no chairs to sit on… that would have been nice. As we like to prepare our own meals, we wished there was at least one more frypan, a few more bowls, more dish towels, and a dish rack. Air conditioning worked well, beds were very comfortable, bed linens were new and clean. If we were returning to Regina we would stay again.

Girls trip to Country Thunder

We went for a 50th birthday girls trip for 4 nights. House is in a great location. Close to a walking path, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. Rooms were a good size. Would highly recommend

Pristine Property & Great Location

Very clean home in a great area of Regina. Our family was very comfortable. It’s in the Harbour Landing area - close to many shops, restaurants & coffe shops as well as easy access to the Lewvan Expressway and Transcanada Highway. 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, lots of closet space … highly recommend this property!
