"The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained."

"Great place to stay off the strip. Very nice property and the grounds are amazing. Food was good, not great. No real lounges onsite except a small one in one of the restaurants. Only negative is they allow smoking in side of the casino, the other is smoke free but it makes no difference, the whole floor stunk. Was surprised a JW would allow this. We dont gamble so we only walked through the area. Will stay again."

"Absolutely amazing staff from check in. Till check out. The hot tub in room was great after the BTS concert. Fire place was nice ambiance. The kitchen fully stocked. Washer and dryer was great. Rain shower head was nice after long days out. You couldn't use shuttles that are scheduled, we had car so we didn't use but great for those who may need. "My kids and I loved our stay at this hotel. We travel a lot for her travel ball sport and will be returning here without a doubt. Staff made us feel very welcomed and they were very helpful. We’ve stayed at many hotels from, ranging from different price points and this one was a great selection for us. Will definitely be returning here, not so many hotels focus on providing excellent service but this one did and that is honestly a big key point for us."
