Definitely do not upgrade your room if they offer, it wasn’t worth the extra $10 a night they quoted me when I arrived to check in. They said I’d get a king size bed on the top floor and that bed was definitely a queen, which is what I had originally booked anyway. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. "My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere.
