"Stay was very near to London bridge resort and the rotary beach where kids can play and enjoy the water safely. And breakfast was good with pancakes, bagels, coffee. King size Room was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids as they gave a sofa with attached bed to it. Overall nice stay.. no complaints."

"Lake Havasu Hampton Inn has very convenient location close to the London Bridge area, near restaurants and Colorado river. The room was clean and comfortable, with microwave, refrigerator, and television with good channel selections. But was really nice were the very friendly staff (front desk, bar and service members). This Hampton also had incredible breakfast selections located in roomy eating area. The pool was large, clean with plenty tables/chairs to relax."

"The property is very run down and dirty. The room had spider webs, hair on bathroom floor, the water from the bathroom sink was just a trickle, it looked like they painted over a mold spot in the bathroom, the toilet wasn't clean, the carpets and curtains were falling apart. The only good thing was the AC, which worked great. I've stayed at many Motel 6 properties before and this one was by far the worst."

"Decent , ,bare bones motel. Liked that it was close to the action. No trash cans anywhere in the room. No housekeeping. One of the beds had hair on it. but hey for the price...you get what you pay for. Did have a microwave and refrigerator."
