"The Chelsea hotel is extremely close to the train station, taxi rank and Asda supermarket so it's in a very convenient location. The hotel room was very clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There was a microwave, cutlery, plates, dishes, a TV, and a hairdryer. I found the entry instructions easy. The area was quiet and I had a great view of nearby houses and trees. Thank you very much for a great stay. "

"We recently stayed at this incredible property in Bournemouth as a family group of 14, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house is extremely spacious with fantastic communal areas that made it perfect for entertaining and spending quality time together.One of the standout features was the amazing pool area—luckily, we had sunny weather all weekend and were able to make full use of it. The pool table, darts board, and the outdoor bar (complete with a TV and sound system) added to the fun...

"Perfect location for us as we were visiting Paulton's Park. The apartment itself was of ample size, fitting us and our two children in with plenty of space. Bathrooms are snug but perfectly functional. The place was clean, with basic functional products, eg. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Check in and out was simple with a key safe box and code given via text message. Plenty of sleeping space with 2 doubles, and a single, and space for a travel cot. 2 sofas in the lounge....

"Me and my friends enjoyed our stay at Isaac’s. Great host and typical amenities were included. Room was clean and easy parking outside the property. Would definitely stay here again during a future visit and I can highly recommend."

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival.
