Summary:
This characterful apartment is situated in a small seaside town on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline. Originally built as a hotel, this impressive building holds great history in its walls. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and benefits from allocated parking. Recently updated, the apartment is perfect for a group getaway or family break.

The Space:
Regency Mansions is located in an iconic building in the centre of Redcar. The apartment is full of character, with each room taking on it’s own individual colour palette and style. The wide hallway of the apartment leads you into each of the rooms.

The living and dining area and semi open plan with large archway between them. This bright and spacious room is perfect for getting all the family together after a day of exploring the local area. The TV in the living room features Freeview channels and access to Netflix and other apps. The dining area has ample seating for all guests so whether you are cooking at home or ordering in, you can all enjoy your meal together.

The first bedroom has a French-chic feel to it. The king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobes and bedside tables all bring elegance to this master suite. With tailored curtains and soft furnishings bringing comfort and style to the space you are guaranteed a restful nights sleep in this luxurious setting. This bedroom features an ensuite with bath and shower overhead, a vanity unit with basin and WC.

The second bedroom has a simple yet relaxed style. With a king size bed and matching single day bed, this room is perfect for parents with small children. This room benefits from a private WC and basin.

The third bedroom is a bright and airy room with a feminine touch. Featuring a double bed, a large wardrobe and matching chest of drawers and small bedside table. The crisp white linen and blackout curtains are the perfect combination to enjoy a deep sleep.

The family bathroom is located just off the main hallway. The bathroom features a large bath with shower overhead, a vanity unit with basin and WC. The space is perfect for an evening soak or refreshing morning wake up.

Based in and around Redcar, there is a wide variety of attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy, ranging from historical places of interest to the Redcar Racecourse!

Cleveland Coast: Redcar to Salburn-by-Sea
The Cleveland coast is stunning and this short route travels between the seaside resorts of Redcar, Saltburn and Staithes. Beyond that, you can travel on to Sandsend and Whitby, the Fish & Chip capital of the UK.

Getting Around:
Bus routes from Redcar run to Saltburn, Brotton, Skelton, Loftus, Whitby, Marske & Middlesbrough.

The train station is a short walk away with routes through Middlesbrough and Darlington, with connecting routes to Leeds and York. There are direct routes from Redcar Central train station to Newcastle and Manchester. A number of connecting routes can also be found from these stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.

While this property offers plenty of space and modern comforts, it's a bit of a mixed bag but definitely worth a second look. Inside, you'll find a welcoming, well-designed layout with many helpful features, ideally located near the beach and town centre amenities. For your safety and comfort, I recommend using only the front door and walking around to the car park—please avoid the back stairs, which are not maintained and have a strong odour. During peak season, the busy road can be a bit noisy in the basement apartment, but once inside, you'll enjoy spacious bedrooms, some with en-suites or family bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the tools you’ll need. The utility room is spacious enough for sorting your post-beach gear, featuring a washer-dryer, drying racks, and space to organise everything. The open plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with a large smart TV (including Sky and Xbox), a dining table, and sofas that comfortably seat six to seven people. We enjoyed days on the beach and family movies – and will certainly consider staying again if we are back in Redcar.

Nice time in Redcar

We let ourselves in Friday evening via key box. Very musty at first. A couple minor shortcomings a broken toilet in one bedroom, and toilet seat in another. Other than that a pretty spacious place for a long weekend.
