When you arrive at the property to pick up the key for an online reservation They charge you 50$ deposit for the room, 9$ parking, they say that they are going to refund the 50.$ but they don’t, and the staff doesn’t change the blankets on the beds! I paid 519$ for one bedroom plus the 59$ which they don’t refund!"

"The photos online did not actually reflect how nice the room amenities were. I didn't expect a fully stocked kitchenette complete with cookware, dishes, and silverware. I was traveling with my children, so these little things helped. There's ample parking and the location is very close to the beach. The staff was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place as an option if you're budget conscious."

"The bathroom tub needed a good cleaning and there was sand all around the bed by the sliding glass door. The room service lady didn’t speak English and it made it hard to communicate our needs. And the free breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were mushy and the sausage paddy’s were like rubber and truly unbeatable."

Staff were great we got there early and they changed our room so we didn’t have to wait hours! "I want to be honest here, the location and the views from the rooms this hotel would be 5 stars. However, it needs some MAJOR renovations. My key lock to the room was busted, but it still worked, but it was next to the stairwell which was concerning. The ice bucket in my room literally had someone's SOCKS in it, along with the bucket liner. The toilet seat was broken as well. "Having a full kitchen made such a difference with my picky grandchildren. We were able to shop near by, prepare meals we enjoy and avoid the mediocre overpriced tourist food experience. They enjoyed the indoor pool when it was raining and we couldn't be on the beach!"
