"Super clean"

"I stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 3 kids. This place was great for our needs. It's definitely not a luxury hotel by any means, and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and has an indoor pool my kids loved. You can hear all the cars driving by at night, so if you're sensitive to sounds, this may be a tough spot for you"

"I’m not one to care about the venues I stay in, but this was the first time I wasn’t pleased. The photos on the web look nicer than the room I was in. The closet didn’t have a bar to hang my clothes. The towels looked old. Maybe the venue needs a facelift. It was conveniently close to the beach so that was a plus. I will say that I’m not disappointed with service. It did its job at the end of the day. A place to set my things, shower, and sleep. Definitely not a place to bring a partner or...

"It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding."

"We stayed in the ocean front suite with 2 queen beds + pullout sleeper couch. We loved out spacious, opened and roomy it was for our family of 4. It also included 2 balconys. The complimentary breakfast was good and being right in front of the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The smell of marijuana was overwhelming! It states no cigarettes or smoking on the property yet when it was mentioned they said they sprayed. The smells of whatever they cleaned with was also overpowering."

"Days inn Virginia Beach - not right on the beach but you can see it over the road between the hotels that are on the beach. Good enough and the price is way better. I stayed in the older side on ground level. Convenient and decent on noise. People coming and going, jets low and noisy every so often. Not going to get away from that. Bathroom walls and ceiling peeling. Seen worse. Room and property were clean. Couldn't find a snack vending machine but only searched about a quarter of the hotel....

"Our stay was great. The outside does not tell the story for the interior. Inside all the amenities were up to date, clean room, clean bathroom, clean refrigerator, numerous channels, the fishing pier was well built, the pool was open, and minutes from all the beach attractions. There was no extra loud music, calm neighbors, staff is great as well. Thank you all for our visit."
