"The room was very clean. However, the thing that made this place SO great was the staff/owners!! They truly wanted to help in any way they could. (And I needed help with several items!!😂 Day or night, they were friendly, cheerful and willing to help. They always made you feel welcome and it showed with how comfortable all the guests were! "Lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and a pretty design throughout. Room was comfortable, I liked the choice of pillows available. The room service robot was really cute. The location was walkable to interesting places and close to underground train stations. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend adding that to your stay. "Excellent stay! the location is fantastic, night to the Beijing Train Station. It can be hard to find - hotels.com and google maps don't show this hotel correctly, use Apple Maps, which shows it 100% right. It's located 2 minutes away from the subway, and only two stops away from Tiananmen Square. The room wasn't too big but for this price I was very happy. You got everything you need, plus they also give you comfy slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste as well. I would stay here again. "
