The front door to the building stays open for a few minutes after you enter the code, so anyone on the street can easily just open and close the front door to the hostel as they please, and since there isn’t anyone at the front desk (or wasn’t the entire time we visited) there’s really nothing stopping someone just wandering around the place if they wanted. "The staff goes way out of their way to accomodate you and make sure you have a great stay. We were pretty needy at one point and they were amazing with helping us. There is a gentleman working the desk who was the absolute best and I wish I had his name, but he is from California and was better to us then most places have ever been. If you get a chance to stay here, it's cute and has amazing staff! "

"A nice hotel, super comfy beds, double sinks, very cute, they are of course very big on the pineapple theme. Everything was clean, the area was safe, staff was friendly. No breakfast (apparently they used to have this service) and there is a fee for parking. There is a cafe a couple of doors down that is actually pretty good."

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Nice big room. Excellent bistro , whether its breakfast or late drink . Only negative was the 7th floor terrace was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there for a relaxing drink with a view !! Otherwise everything was perfect. Location is excellent for tourists."

"We loved staying here before our cruise. It was easy to walk to eat and the Piketown Market. The shuttle is perfect for 10.00 a person to get to your cruise ship. If the weather is nice you can easily walk to the Norwegian terminal. Would stay here again!"
