3 bedroom accommodation in Red River

Upon entry into this warm, charmed single level abode you will walk into our open concept living room lined with an "L" shaped fold-out sofa, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and bright fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pantry and dining area. Towards the back of the home you will find the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.



The master bedroom off to the right is complete with a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, private 3/4 bath with a shower and an East facing porch. The guest bedroom features 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds (4 twins), and a flat screen TV. The full bath directly behind the kitchen, next to the guest bedroom also houses the stackable Washer/Dryer for your use.



This home is complete with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and satellite TV's in both bedrooms and the living area so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you are well equipped to do so... This home has gorgeous mountain views from the South facing front porch looking towards the Red River Ski Area's "Face". Exterior amenities include outdoor coffee table & chairs and a gas BBQ grill. You can also hear the Red River that flows directly across the way and the quaking aspens that surround the home.

The location of this place is really great! It was very convenient to get to Main Street and the main slopes. That made it very easy for our family to enjoy skiing. Other than that, this home and what we paid for is not worth the cost. The amenities and the care for the home were extremely poor. We didn’t have enough toilet paper for the 2 bathrooms (3 adults , 2 kids) , we couldn’t grill or have an outdoor fire bc there was no propane left, there was not enough trash bags for the length of our stay, the towels had bleach stains, the plates and bowls were chipped… to list a few. The aesthetics are pretty out of style but even simple things like having patch work of holes on the walls showing with no paint to hide the patch work or having cleaning supplies in the pantry with food. Did we get by? Yes. But i felt i spent way too much money for what we got.

Super cozy condo walking distance to the ski lifts and everything in town. Kitchen was equipped well and the beds were very comfortable. They provided plenty of wood to make a fire. Enjoyed our daily visits from the local deer. This condo only has 2 bedrooms, so not sure why it is listed as 3. The only issue we had was with the Master bedroom shower head that leaked, but we just threw a rag on top and it was fine.

Living room and kitchen were great size for a family of five. Plenty of blankets and extra pillows. Property Manager was very responsive to our needs. One of the few places we have stayed in RR where the grill actually worked properly! (all appliances worked properly and plenty of hot water) Would stay here again!

The cabin was ok, a lot of little things should have been addressed before calling cabin ready. Light bulb out in kitchen, pantry door wouldn't close. Hot water bi-fold door wouldn't close. Shade in bunk room was torn and clothes pin on it trying to hold it together. Holes behind doors where door knobs hit them and never repaired. The chest of drawers in bunk room, all the knobs were broke off and duct tape was put on them for pulls. Shelf in bunk room was missing and holes in wall where shelf pulled out. Just a lack of maintenance on the place was disturbing for a Vrbo place. Check-in was great and kitchen was fine. Couldn't get coffee maker to work either. Needed to be freshened up with paint.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property

The property was great. We have stayed at many places in Red River and this one was the best we've stayed at. It is as described in the listing, is very spacious, has easy access to many things around town. Property manager is very prompt in responding to messages. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time! Lovely place lookingOut at the ski run/lift. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit and Adirondack chairs outside! Lindsey the property manager was awesome! Very responsive and friendly! Only complaint was the water heater went out several times and the dresser in the spare room was missing all the drawer knobs. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Incorrect Listing, poorly maintained.

Property is poorly maintained. Light fixtures that don't work and hanging from ceiling broken and other small, irritating issues. Hot water went out. Basic supplies listed in description are not supplied and were told they would bring them out and never arrived. When I booked, it was listed as a 3-bedroom unit. It is a 2-bedroom unit. One bedroom and another bunk room. I had contacted the manager and all I got back was that they would update the listing properly. Still has not been updated so be aware. And this is managed by a third party apparently outside of VRBO's ability to do anything if there is a problem. I wanted to cancel and get an actual 3-bedroom but would have lost 50%...so just dealt with it. I had contacted Vrbo and they simply told me there was nothing they could do because it was managed by a "third-party". Not sure where the consumer protection is in that and suffered because of it.

Walk to the slopes!

Great house for our family of four! Easy walk to the slopes and just about everything else. You can even see the winter torch parade on the slopes from the porch. Made for a wonderful ski trip!

Comfy and close to skiing

We enjoyed the stay with our 2 college kids. Access to satellite helped ease the after effects of skiing even tho we tried to unplug. We had everything we needed. Used stove, coffee pot, microwave and kitchen table for meals. It was great to come back to the house after skiing at lunch to save money and rest. We walked downtown and would recommend anytime of the year.

Family Vacation with kids (ages 3&4)

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. There were plenty of cozy blankets for us all to stay warm on the cool Fall evenings. The kitchen had all the necessities to prepare meals. The location was perfect to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the ponds to see the ducks. The only minor thing to note is that the queen bed spring mattress is squeaky, so my husband and I (who are used to a memory foam mattress) would wake each other up when moving. Overall this is a great rental with deer frequently roaming right outside the front porch and a wall of windows in the front to gaze outside at the beautiful mountains.

Great place and excellent customer service! We had an issue with the original place that was out of our hands but we were moved to a wonderful place that was very comfortable and convenient. Thanks for everything and had an awesome time!

Decent option - excellent location

A few small hassles only - we needed to purchase salt, pepper, sugar (I left them for the next guests). A light bulb was missing, another was burned out - only one spare found. Closet door missing in master bedroom. Shower curtain placed where a shower door once had been. 5 out of 6 dispensers in showers were broken. Folding doors throughout were not fitted properly. The screen door could use a “bumper “ so it doesn’t slam so loudly. We did wish for better lighting. The location made up for those picky issues! We were comfortable there.
