"It doesn’t have any water bottles refill, the coffe and teas station it’s just with the breakfast hours and no at night or any other time, we didn’t even have hot water for our teas, the bathroom door didn’t have a handle (it was broken), and in our room we didn’t have shower gel (it was empty) "

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"Cuando llegamos al hotel el lobby estaba cerrado no había personal para darnos nuestra llave había un teléfono para que marcaras si llegabas después de las 10 pm a hacer el check in pero nadie nos contestó yo reservé mi estancia a las 11 de la noche porque estábamos manejado e íbamos a llegar solo a dormir para seguir nuestro camino y cuando reserve nunca se me comunicó que el lobby cerraba a las 10 pm terminé llendome porque nadie nos dio acceso a la habitación "
