"I called and asked if this had access to the hot springs pool, the main attraction in Glenwood. They said yes, turns out it’s a different hotel. The hotel is dated, it was a disappointment. There was a group next to us that rented multiple rooms in the hotel. They were smoking and partying all night. I had to call the front desk twice to have them take care of the noise. The third time I called down they stopped answering the phone. So I walked down to the lobby at midnight. The front desk guy...
