"It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."

The staff were helpful and fun .Late At night there is not much open for for food in black watch but the staff will make you a cold sandwich and that was really nice … I would recommend this hotel"

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."

"The hotel was perfectly good in every way except for the noise that carried on throughout the evening and stopped me from sleeping well. We didn't have any rooms next to ours and it was a Monday night, so really not sure what was the cause but I'd never stay again because of that. The location was good-- across the street from the underground, staff perfectly nice, (though bar staff didn't know how to make a martini), room perfectly good but a hotel is for sleeping and I was woken up every hour...

"Central location, interesting large building with a multi-room multi-screen bar in a central courtyard but I didn't have any noise issues. There was a fan in my room but the large glass 'window' didn't open, so if that matters, check when booking."
