"The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. "

"We have always stayed with Delta Hotel in Bexleyheath. Fantastic establishment clean smell fantastic when you enter the hotel. Staff are always polite and courteous. Rooms are spacious, clean and smell nice. Love this place."

"The place was great. I bought the breaker buffet and was disappointed that more than one there was no food at 8am. There was a lady running it the only time it was stocked. The other times, I had to wait, was told to just order what I want, or just not get the items I wanted. That was my only issue. "

"Staff at reception on arrival were very unhelpful and told us that there were no charging points. We knew that this was on the website. The room was clean, however there’s no air conditioning so extremely hot. If we opened the windows there was constant noise from the motors for I think extractor fans.
