"I stayed for 4 nights with my family of 4 (2 teenagers included). The room was decently sized and clean. The location is very convenient, in a busy area. It’s above a mall and MTR. It’s walkable to the markets (sneaker street, ladies street, etc.). There is an outdoor pool and gym, which are well maintained; along with a change room with showers, hair dryers, and lockers."

"The family room was very spacious which makes opening and closing suitcase easy without worrying will trip over. There is filter water machine in the lobby so this save us from boiling water and cooling it down everyday. There is staff helping with carrying suitcase in and out of buildings and opening the door. The cleaner was also very friendly and nice. Accomodate our needs whenever we asked."

"The location is perfect to have eateries, shops in walking distance, close to all transportation. The price is very affordable. Very basic amenities provided, the towels are worn out and some even have holes in it. The one time slippers are paper thin. No iron & iron board. I had booked two room for me and my mom, the reservation department told Expedia that they have my two rooms reservation but the front desk could only see one room reservation, it took lot of back and forth within the hotel...

"The room is spacious considering how small hotel rooms in Hong Kong typically are. The room is clean, tidy and provides all the necessity for a comfortable stay. The staff also provided cash coupons for the restaurant within the hotel, the food was great and with the coupons provided, it's very affordable for the high quality buffet it provided. One of the better experiences I've had in recent years, highly recommended."

"Not a bad hotel. Close to a shopping centre and good eateries around. The MRT is also a 10 minute walk which is convenient. Much further out than central. Really small gym and pool so amenities weren’t great to use. Room was good, decent size but not for the price paid. Overall an okay hotel to stay at."

"We got four rims for our group of 7. we were only there one night, but you could do two or three. It’s great to be in Mont Koch. The room is basic but clean. You should look at the pictures of the bathroom to see if it works for you sponge bath"

"Location is great, between Mongkok East and mongkok mtr. Many shops nearby. Opposite is Fa Yuen municipal building which has a market and library. However, the place is rather dated and needs more tender loving care. The room does not seem that clean, dusty curtains and stained wallpaper. There is no desk only small sidetables. Powerful hairdryer provided. Appreciate that hand and bath towels are provided. But no hand soap."

"Due to a HK policy of no use of plastic - there was no water in the room which if you come in late after a long travel day and wake up and need water there is nothing. They need to put in place a system that other hotels use which is to use reusable glass bottles and have an on-site UV water purifier."

"The room and facility are all good, it's clean and convenient. But the biggest problem of the hotel is noise. The air conditioning noise is really loud. The noise from corridor can be very penetrating, I was awakened by people talking loudly in the corridor in the mid-night. The hotel door is definitely lack of sound insulation. If you are light sleeper, it's not recommended."
