Inside, the villa offers a bright and inviting living space with comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and large glass doors that connect the indoor areas with the pool terrace. RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
Crib and High Chair 2,000 baht per stay (by request)
Extra Bed 2500 baht per stay (by request)

HOUSE RULES:
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT)

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check-in time is 3pm, Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with an extra charge
