"We had two rooms at this boutique hotel for one night. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant and that was an excellent decision. The cleanest hotel that we have stayed at and everything about this property and the food was exceptional. "Whilst we don’t get to visit as often as we’d like, we’d never stay anywhere else in Oxford. Always spotlessly clean, comfy beds and cosy rooms, can’t fault the staff whether it be reception, concierge or bar staff, this is just a really lovely hotel with good old fashioned values and customer service. "We stayed at the Galaxie Hotel in Oxford as a family and had a very good experience. When a crib for our baby wasn’t available, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger room to make our stay more comfortable. This thoughtful gesture really made a difference for us. The room was clean, the service attentive, and the location convenient. We truly appreciated the extra effort from the hotel team."

"I never write reviews but this place is exceptional! The staff was fabulous! The rooms are wonderful. Totally worth the money. Close to everything you want to do in Oxford. We upgraded to the room with two tubs and huge shower. The amount of space is hard to come by in UK and worth every penny. Wonderful mix the old with new, very well done. Great cafes very close. I would go out of my way to stay here again. "

"One of the best B&B rooms I have stayed in. Room size was BIG! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The whole place was aesthetically decorated yet very practical - could not fault it. Limited parking on site, but more off-road parking available on side road. We had to leave early, so did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended!"
