"Should have been a one night stay but owing to severe weather conditions we were forced to cancel our travel plans and stay another night. Thankfully we had chosen thus wonderful hotel so although we were disappointed not to travel it was made enjoyable by the wonderful staff and superb hotel. The food served at both the breakfast and supper buffet was 5 star, the best of south Indian cuisine. "To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. "This is a very well situated hotel, near most everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of continental and local food. Their restaurants serve excellent quality food. We stayed for a week and didn't get bored with the food.
The only negative thing is their pool. It's small and doesn't serve any purpose. No sunshades and within a very small area. We had a problem when we checked in, they gave us a room prepared for single occupancy,...
