"A decent walk away from the town centre, this was ideal for a quick overnight stay. Hotel very dated and at night we got back to find security trying to keep trouble makers out the car park. However, we got a random unexpected upgrade into a suite which was exciting. Loved the double spa bath. Not bad for what we paid."

"Everything was brilliant apart from 2 things. Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. The second time I would not stop and I had to turn the shower on for a few seconds and off again to make it stop. 2. There was a flash and small blip from the fire alarm. "Large car park at rear but it was a large pub. Friendly staff and clean room. Food was good and well priced which was shown by how busy it was in the restaurant. The only negative at all for this pub/hotel was that when clearing tables after diners had left the waitress used what cutlery was left on the table to make it up ready for the next diners. How did she know that the previous people didn't sneeze on it or handle it? Not nice in my opinion"

"Parking is easy. However the Breakfast was £16 which is way too expensive and we will never eat all the stuff what is provided. Breakfast should be simple and i don't mind spending about £5 for a breakfast. It is breakfast not a big lunch"
