TeRito Lagoon Villas - Ocean & Beachfront 1bdrm Villa

With FREE UNLIMITED WIFI! The 1 bedroom villa is an absolute beachfront property that is located in the district of Titikaveka on the Southside of Rarotonga. This modern Beach Villa built in 2017 is one of four villas on the property and is ideal for couples only. Snorkelling gear, a double kayak and a stand-up paddle board is available for use. Own covered carport for parking.
This particular one has an open plan lounge and kitchen with large french doors that open out onto a covered deck giving you panoramic views of lush palm trees and the glorious pristine lagoon, the perfect place for outdoor dining with a glass of vino or two.
The lounge has a comfortable 3-seater, TV with access to Netflix, stereo with USB port and Bluetooth.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, microwave and a cooktop (no oven in this unit), and there is a bbq under the carport for use.
The bedroom at the rear end of the Villa has a queen size bed, a wall fan and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
The back door leads to a fully covered carport and laundry. All linen and towels are provided for during your stay.
Across the road is a mini-supermarket (groceries, hot/cold food, alcohol) and petrol station open 7 days 6am to 10pm. There are couple of cafes and restaurants within walking distance also.
The amazing thing about staying at TeRito Lagoon Villas is the stretch of whitesand beaches, crystal blue waters of the south side and an excellent spot for snorkeling. And around August/September when whales are in our shores, they have been spotted beyond the reef. All windows have insect screens.
**there is no air con, however there is a ceiling fan in the lounge and a wall fan in the bedroom.
Please note: Airport transfers cost $25pp one way - let us know if you would like us to arrange. This is a separate cost paid directly to transport company on arrival.

4th time at the villa and it just gets better each time. Liu is amazing to deal with and always leaves a great few basics to get you going on arrival and the new Starlink is an absolute bonus. This property is outstanding, I highly recommend it to couples just wanting to chill on the best beach in Raro on your doorstep. There is also a new CITC across the road for all your supplies and fuel which makes life super easy. Book now, you will absolutely love it

This was our third time staying here, and as always it was perfection. Communication with the manager was great. We really enjoyed the starlink that they added since our last visit. The location can’t be beat! It is the most gorgeous beach with amazing snorkeling.

This Villa surpassed our expectations! Everything was supplied, towels, filtered water, kitchen had everything you needed. Snorkles and kayak/paddle boards. Perfect location, beach on doorstep, supermarket across the road & car/scooter rental next door, restaurants just a walk away. Fish just a paddle away and whales most mornings & evening's (late August). We didn't want to leave.

The location was absolutely incredible, with direct access to the beautiful white sand beach, crystal clear waters and fantastic snorkelling right on the doorstep. Sitting on the deck looking out at the water was pure magic and we loved every minute of our stay. The house was well set up with everything we needed for a self catering holiday, including a full sized fridge, water cooler and plenty of utensils.

Private Gem

Place is in an amazing private location overlooking the beach and reef. Was in immaculate condition and just what we were after. Having a main grocery shop across the road is quite the bonus too. Liu and George were great being helpful and quick communication. Would 100% recommend and will be referring to family and friends.

Te Rito Lagoon Villas

Very low key and on the beach, Te Rito captured everything good about island life. Michelle was nearby to assist if we needed help and we did not. One heads up: if you land on Sunday, grocery stores are closed.Restaurants were open and superstar driver Max took us to the one grocery open.Great place on a perfect beach!

Beautiful Location

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful beach house for 2 weeks and had an amazing, relaxing vacation. The house was perfect for two people and the location can't be beat. Absolutely amazing! property to anyone

Information for guests

Like many other places i have stayed at hotel wise or other there is a severe lack of information as to use of tv. .especially if wi-fi connected. A lot of out of date tourist information. 4 year old brochures etc ought to be culled. A folder with relevant info re local eateries..bus times..accurate walk times..etc not hard to make up for guests. For guests doing some own meals etc visiting supermarkets in Town the best as small local "stores" very very limited as to stock. I always take ear plugs wherever i go . I was for warned to take in this booking due to local roosters crowing at all times. The biggest issue was a 3 legged dog barking a lot all around the booked property which was not mentioned. Not good. A late checkout with reasonable payment appreciated. One of owners calling in to show tv operation also appreciated. Think also the nightly rate over priced in general for property.

Absolutely love George & Li’s beach front home. It has everything you need and the location is second to none. Perfect snorkeling on your doorstep, store across the road and various restaurants very close. 3rd stay and will be back for sure.

Really enjoyed the privacy, cleanliness and great supply of tea, coffee etc. Loved the locality, we swam and snorkeled daily, and walked to Charlies along the beach.

Beautiful

Amazing location. Plenty of basics in kitchen incl spices etc. Very good outdoor furniture. Kayak and paddle board. We stayed last year and this year the comfy couch/ bed was no more in the lounge. Extra lay about type lounge seats would be great.

The location of TeRito Lagoon is just perfect. Right on the beach with a lovely grassy area to lie outside and watch the sea . The villa had everything we needed and we both enjoyed our stay here tremendously. Michelle was so super friendly and made our stay amazing . We felt very welcome and would 100 percent stay here again.

Loved it!

This is our 2nd time renting this unit, and the location can’t be beat! You can snorkel right outside your door. The bungalow has everything you could need. Unfortunately the weather on this visit was rainy for several days, so we were thankful for the WiFi and tv. The large covered deck was really nice as we could still sit outside even in the bad weather. Communication was always excellent with the owners, and I’m sure we will be back again!

Beautiful property lacking in privacy

Car port, steps up to front door, into bedroom, shower rom to side. Large shower cubicle Living kitchen in front onto veranda, little garden, straight onto beach. view to die for. Very well equiped. Even factor 50, insect spray, INSECT MESH on ALL windows. Fans. kayak, surf board, snorkle, goggles,reef shoes etc. Good restaurants down the beach in walking distance. Tropical garden worth visit. Only negative: Can look into and be seen from house next door, also outside area no privacy barrier. People, even a car, came down side of house unexpectedly. Changing must be in shower rm if you don't want to exhibit yourself!

Location location location!

This was our favorite spot on the island. Amazing beach access. Very private and beautiful! We enjoyed the lower key area but still good access to restaurants, church, botanical garden. I would definitely stay again! Apartment had everything we needed. Clean and safe as well.

Perfect getaway

We had two idyllic weeks at TeRito Villas. The house had everything we needed, and the view was simply stunning. The snorkelling off the beach was the best we found around the island, with loads of different tropical fish - we even saw an eagle ray. The location was great for us too, within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, across the road from a small shop with the essentials, next to a bus stop and also next to a car/bike rental agency. Liu made the check-in easy and was great with communication, and Michelle on-site was very welcoming. All in all, we had a simply perfect stay - the only disappointment was that it wasn't for longer!

Paradise

The location of this Bach is amazing, The beach is just outside your door and so private. Tucked away a bit so that it is sheltered from those pesky warm October winds. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. A walk along the beach will get you to Little Polynesia for lunch or dinner with amazing Sushimi. The beautiful Maire Nui Gardens with the best-ever cheesecake which is to die for. We had a wonderful stay at Te Rito Villa's. We will be back

We had a wonderful time here at Te Rito Lagoon Villas and were so impressed with our home away from home. The deck area, beautiful view and easy access to the beach was an absolute highlight. Perfect spot - Paradise!

Loved our 6 nights at TeRito! Well appointed little villa just perfect for 2. Very private and quiet with the most spectacular lagoon views & access from the doorstep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play nice at all (high winds and cooler than usual air temps) during our stay & so we were unable to snorkel in the lagoon at all (which was torture!) or take advantage of the kayaks. But the villa was comfy & protected & we still enjoyed many brisk beach walks & watching whales beyond the reef from the verandah! Well appointed kitchen & Liu had left us tea, coffee, juice and a lovely bowl of local fruits in the large fridge. We were so touched to find a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge with a lovely note from Liu & George for our 35th Wedding Anniversary which we celebrated during our stay. Thank you both! Dined at Tamarind House that night which was A1. We had some movies on our laptop and a cable to plug into the TV which we were grateful for as we discovered cable is not fun to watch. Thanks for a great stay Liu & George! We'll be back!
