Simple, stylish decor is what you'll find throughout our comfortable townhome. There's 2 free outdoor parking on premises (just a short 33 foot walk to the front door), a complete kitchen, in-home laundry, WiFi, a desk to work, and a private outdoor patio. The Chapel Valley neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, other than deer walking around or hearing the wind whistle through the Ponderosa pines. You're at the doorstep of the Black Hills & centrally located to all of the great western South Dakota sites.

Traveling with your family, especially small kids? Chances are you might be having a few meals at the townhome . As a result, we even have utensils & plates for your toddlers, as well as a great collection of books too. This way you can take them off your tablets & be able to read to them before bed or during the day.

We've spent hours putting together a very, very comprehensive online guidebook that we'll immediately send out to you after you book with us. We all know that you'll be traveling out this way to see 4 dead famous men on a side of a granite rock, but in case you're wondering what else there is to see & do out here, don't worry - we've got you covered like a blanket. From the best spots to star-gaze, to where to eat, what outdoor bars to hit up or some of the best hikes, you'll have everything at your fingertips & then-some! In other words, we've pretty much done your itinerary for you so you don't need to do it.

The space:
Start your day with a hot drink from the coffee bar, and enjoy sipping it outside on the front deck or under the umbrella on our private patio in back. The dining room table easily seats 6 for meals or to plan your day. The spacious living room has a large, flat-screen smart TV for you to relax & unwind. The place is very clean, as we've sought out the best in the business - our cleaner won "Best Of The Black Hills Award for Cleaners" in 2021. We've incorporated local art throughout to highlight the beauty of the Black Hills as well.
