Other things to note
- For dogs: We do not allow puppies (under 1 year old), German Shepherds, or Huskies.
- We do not allow cats.
- If bringing a pet, a pet fee of $75 per pet is required. Please message us to let us know, and we will send a request for the payment, or you can pay through the listing platform.
- The primary renter is required to sign the Renter`s Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your stay at our property.
- Kindly be advised: Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.
Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
- We do not allow any Airbnb services or experiences to be hosted or conducted on this property, including third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform.
- Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related service or experience onto the premises without prior written approval may have their reservation cancelled immediately without a refund.
Additional rules:
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm
2. It is a `must` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
6. For noise complaints:
6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out.
6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
7. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
8. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
9. If bringing a pet:
10.1 We don`t allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed.
10.2 A pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request.
10.3 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog`s poop)
10.4 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes/start dishwasher
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the couches or pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to the guest.
* Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed upon with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out, the guest will be charged $200.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check-out will be passed on to you.
* The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.
