"This is a tired, grubby, unwelcoming hotel. The bathroom fittings were corroded the bathroom ceiling and tile grout discolored or mouldy. The paint on the balcony is flaking off. The corridor is dingey and noisy at night with guests returning back to their rooms. We didn't feel the room was ever cleaned properly.
We have stayed in some lovely 4 star hotels on our trip around Malaysia, this 2 star dump was the most expensive and the worst."

"Un taudis ! A fuire !

"This was the best place to stay. It rained throughout our vacation and we couldn’t have found a more comfortable place to relax and watch the downpour. The staff treated us so well. The room was very clean and the grounds were beautiful. I love the architecture of the resort. The generous buffet breakfast in the morning was also a lovely perk, as well as the swim up bar in the pool."

"The customer service was good. We had a bit of an incident when my husband and I were swimming at the beach and we’re about to go back to our lounge chair,he was stung by a small “stingray”. I called someone from the resort for help and a guy walked with a first aid kit but seems like he doesn’t know what to do. He didn’t even administer first aid or look at it. They offered to drive us to the nearest clinic"
