This home does have direct ATV trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley.

Clean & Safe Rental Properties: Keeping our vacation homes sparkling clean is a top priority for us here at Morton & Furbish Vacation Rentals. All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.

For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

This was the second time I've stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. The view is worth a million dollars, secluded yet close to town, direct ATV access, and the inside is beautiful. Could not recommend this property highly enough.

From the moment we walked in we realized the pictures hadn't done this place justice. The views from the porch and in fact from every window had us snapping pictures non-stop as the lighting over the mountains and lake changed and created new vistas. The house is cozy yet spacious, and so comfortable and well layed out. It is extremely clean and the decor is tasteful and well thought out without being cluttered. The location not only affords amazing views, but is also private with wildlife as the only neighbors. As remote as it seems - it is just minutes to walk to downtown for shopping, restaurants, pizza or simply entertainment. When we chose to eat in, the grocery store was a mere half mile away. Thirty minutes in any direction was hiking, waterfalls, scenic overlooks, and museums. As much as we loved exploring the area, returning to spend time on the deck was always a favorite pastime! We are dreaming of when we can return. I can't think of a thing I'd change except that we need to find a way to stay longer. I must also add that although we haven't personally met the employees of Morton and Furbish, we feel as if we know them and they know us. Their thoughfulness and communication made us feel genuinely cared for.

rental is in a nice location for families with sxs or atv's. has nice views and a nice outdoor firepit for winding down after a long day. rental was very nice everything you could ask for only issue is the hotwater system which sucks had hot water the first 2 days then nothing. repairman out numerous times and never fixed it. in my opinion Rangeley is going down hill compared to 2 years ago. not much going on in the area and not many sxs/atv tourists in the area anymore

I have stayed at this property in the winter for a snowmobiling trip and it was great first time staying in Rangley during the summer again everything was great and the views are amazing. Highly recommend!

This home is well appointed with beautiful views and charming character. It was perfect for a getaway Thanksgiving with four children and four adults. Downtown Rangeley is equally as charming. Don’t miss out on Moose Alley bowling - so much fun!!

This is a lovely property. Very close to town, yet very private. The house is attractively decorated and has a well-appointed kitchen. The bed had nice linens and was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

We so enjoyed making Christmas memories here!! Very comfortable & cozy with deer in the back yard! Very well equipped with everything you need. Our tweens loved the ping pong table and bunk beds!! A great location as well.

Very nice property and location. Newer place with fantastic fall view. Easy access to all fall activities in area. (Oktoberfest at Saddleback and Homecoming at Sugsrloaf). As others noted master bath is a claw foot tub with no shower - it is a hose attachment and no curtain to contain water so isn’t really functional for non-soakers Unless you can sit in the empty tub. Patio/porch are Anderson door lock sets (lift up handle to throw bolt to lock). I let manager know late in our stay via email that for us bolts wouldn’t operate when door closed so couldn’t secure those doors but we dealt with it easy enough and took valuables with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home Away From Home! This house is ideal for parents with older kids as the extra bedrooms and living room are on the lower level. They had their space and we had ours! Spectacular views and a comfortable covered porch made for a wonderful week and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and super functional new appliances. Communication with the property management team was great. Highly recommend!

The house, view, and overall experience could not have been better. Direct access to trails meant parking the truck and trailer and not getting back in until we left.
