"Everything was great. Only downfall was understanding some of the casino rewards instructions & how to redeem. Also out key cards quit working before 11:00 check out, so had to go to the desk to get the reactivated."

"We booked a suite for the weekend but ended up checking out early. There were millipedes in the bathroom, black mold in the ceiling and constant loud noise all night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the couch was ripped and torn. When we checked out, they stated a manager would be in at 11 we could speak with regarding a refund for the second night. We called back at 11, no manager, told to call back at 4, no manager, told to call Monday. We kept getting the run around until we expressed...

"This place was overpriced for what we got. The mini fridge, coffee pot and micro were in the bathroom. That is gross to keep kitchen type things in the bathroom. Our tub was peeling and it look gross. The bed was fine."
