"AC wasn't working all the days. The property knew that AC wasn't working in a lot of rooms and yet they didn't tell us about it. Even after complaining every day they kept saying they would fix, only later I got to know that they had issue with AC for entire season."

"This was a very quiet place to stay, in a good location to explore Cambridge & the fens around there. The village itself was great, with a fantastic restaurant (Lot25) and an incredibly interesting church in terms of interior. I was on a long weekend with a good chum, and we had two rooms opposite each other. "Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone ’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
