"Lovely property. I was apprehensive since everything is electronic and doesn’t have a fulltime, in person reception but their customer service and apps were easy to use and had fast response times. "We were only at this property for one night, but I was very impressed with the accommodations. You couldn't ask for a better location in Salzburg. All the points of interest are mostly right outside of the hotel. I'm not familiar with this particular chain of hotels.
