"Visita corta pero muy agradable. El personal muy atento, en recepción un poco más secos pero amables y diligentes. En el restaurante muy simpáticos y conectando bien con los clientes. Celebramos el cumpleaños de uno de nosotros y en seguida nos ofrecieron una tarta en atención de Taj hoteles. Todo un detalle. Las habitaciones muy grandes, espaciosas y cómodas , y el baño también grande y cómodo. Muy recomendable."

"I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available."

"The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

"It is a lovely classic property in a Good location. The staff are very good and helpful and the food was excellent ! I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks "

The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well. "One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023."
