The Good....large room, great price, friendly staff and comfy bed. The BAD....Virtual key app wasn't working, room was or is still undergoing renovation because there was a 1/4 inch of drywall dust (took picture to document), hairs in the sink and shower, toilet wasn't flushed by worker or cleaner, when it was flushed, the toilet leaked profusely at the base and needed a towel wrapped around it to keep from having a puddle to walk through, neither TV worked and when I swung the TV away from the wall, it looked like a science project gone wrong... YIKES!

My boyfriend and I had amazing time !!! it felt like we were in our own apartment. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful (I didn’t get her name). Due to the amazing experience my boyfriend and I will be back again.

The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when I arrived. Some of the regulars I think need to realize after a certain hour they need to tone down the music and partying

I had a really great stay overall and would definitely come back again. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The room was clean, the environment was peaceful, and it was easy to relax and enjoy my time there. There was a small issue with the toilet during my stay, but it was handled quickly and professionally. The front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful, and she made sure everything was taken care of right away. I really appreciated how attentive and understanding she was. She make sure we had everything we needed. .Whether it was answering questions or assisting with requests, she was always willing to help with a great attitude. That level of customer service made a big difference in our experience. One thing I really loved was how quiet and calm the property was. It made it easy to unwind without any distractions or noise. The overall atmosphere felt safe, clean, and well maintained. Overall, I would rate my stay a 10/10. Despite the minor issue, everything else exceeded my expectations. If I had to recommend a place to stay, it would definitely be stayAPT Suites. I will absolutely be back .

Room was dirty, sheets like sandpaper and no pots, pans, utensils etc. person upstairs woke me up at 5:30 am pacing every morning and it took 2 visits to the mgmt to rectify. I did bring complaints to management who did say I got the worst room and they did offer to move me. I had already bought cleaning supplies and unpacked and shopped so declined. The place is obviously used to house people in transition for homes so it felt more like a shelter than an extended stay hotel. The brochure is much nicer than the actual experience. Had I not cleaned and got myself settled, I would never have stayed the 11 nights.

Came in late but had keys waiting in lock box. Rooms where very clean and wide open. A few people were up late but where friendly. I would stay here again

I had higher hopes for this property. Unfortunately, during my stay I didn’t feel very comfortable.. It seemed that a number of units may be used for longer term living, which is understandable given the current housing and cost of living challenges, but it created a different environment than I expected from a hotel stay. There was also quite a bit of noise coming from neighboring rooms, including frequent yelling and disturbances that could be clearly heard through the walls (gross language aimed at small children). At times it was concerning to overhear some of the interactions, which made the experience feel unsettling. While I understand that situations like this are not necessarily the fault of the property itself, the overall atmosphere just wasn’t a good fit for me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The rates were great. The location and the building felt safe and secure. Check in was easy, the building and the room were clean. The staff was accommodating for our unique check-in and check-out needs. The space worked well for our family. Walmart was very close by for convenient shopping, and we weren't far from additional shopping and restaurants.

The property was great. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. (We got a suite) no elevator but there were only 2 floors. Courtyard was really nice. Never found the ice machine but we did not search everywhere downstairs either. We would definitely stay again!
