You'll love the renovated space including kitchen with all amenities, king bedroom with an in-suite master bath and walk in shower as well as private bathroom for the 2nd king bedroom with hall full bathroom. Kitchen with all amenities and comfortable living room. Off street reserved parking for one car with guest spots nearby.

What a value! This is a well appointed town house with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a full kitchen. I booked it as a convenient place to stay while in Raleigh for work. The location is fantastic with plenty of tantalizing food options practically walkable. The neighborhood is extremely safe. The owners are friendly and take great care in providing a top tier experience. Whether you are in Raleigh for work, play or whatever life throws at your, this place will serve most anyone’s needs.

Stephen was extremely responsive from start to finish. He always answered any questions in a very timely manner. The house was updated, clean and perfect for a small group and the location is perfect! Thank you Stephen for being a wonderful host!

We loved our stay at Stephens. It was in a great location with a lot that was walkable. It is a quiet neighbourhood and the house itself was great and comfortable. The host was incredibly accomodating and responsive. We will stay here again.

The owners have taken great care with their decorating. It’s so nice to stay where the indoors is tasteful. The beds are the coziest with duvet covers that are clean for every guest. Also there are plenty of pillows for a pillow nut like me. We were able to walk to Cameron Village several times and also walk in a nearby park across the street. Great location!

The space was very clean and he perfect size for the three of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were impeccable. Both rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Stephen has a directions to all the great spots close by. The Village was easily walkable and had multiple great spots for dining, coffee etc. Great stay, great communication with Stephen.

Perfect Location

This place is located .7 mile from the Village District. I’m aware you will find that out but it is a fantastic, not small, array of shops and very good restaurants. Check out Postino. Your GPS may take you the 1.2 route but there is a completely walkable .7 mile walk thru a safe neighborhood.The home itself is immaculate. We didn’t cook. Looked like it had a decent supply of dishes, pans, etc. Beds are very comfy as is the furniture in the living room for TV viewing.The chairs on the back porch are much appreciated for morning coffee and afternoon wine.We were there on a Monday and Tuesday so several things were closed that we were interested in.We did take a tour of the downtown murals and ate at exceptional restaurants, like St Roch Oysters and Bar. I am not an oyster lover but this place was fun.And do find the secret bar in Raleigh behind a book case at the Green Light Bar. The mixologist is fantastic and what a fun drink menu.There’s are lots of green spaces and Raleigh is very easy to get around. We did like Yates Mill County Park, with an easy walk around a lake.This is definitely a place I would return to.

Wonderful Village Feel

I was traveling with my husband on business and discoverd The Perfect Town Home to be truly perfect for us. Beautifully decorated with amazing wood floors. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. LOVED the 3rd half bath on the first floor. That was a real treat. We so enjoyed sitting on the back porch with our coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. Stephen and Will were right on the spot when the fan on the HVAC had a bit of an issue. Repaired in no time and we were back in business. Will stay again when in the Raleigh area.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! Property is just as pictured and in an amazing location. Super clean and looks to be newly remodeled. The host was very kind, gracious, and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

A very merry Christmas
