This is a very nice property! Kevin was very responsive prior to the date of arrival. The instructions that he provided were very detailed. The property itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and peaceful. I am from Raleigh, but it gave me the feeling that I was in a different city, which is exactly what I was looking for!

The apartment was well appointed, clean and as described. Our major issue is that the Chirp security system does not function properly. This was our experience on multiple times and we were required to use stairs instead of the elevator to the apartment. This issue is widespread with full-time tenants as well as VRBO users as we discussed with full-time residents that encountered same problems. According to them, management has been very slow to respond to the issue.

Kevin went above and beyond as a host, providing us with a high chair, bouncer, humidifier, and children’s books for our 7-month-old daughter. Apartment is as listed. Note that the location is central and convenient, but on a very busy road.

The apartment was exactly the way it was pictured. The directions were spot on. Chime app was new but easy to figure out. The confront was felt as soon as we walked in. Everything was in its place. It was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot to get ready for a concert at Lenovo and close enough it didn’t take long to get there or back. Good location to a few shops and comfortable spot to sleep after a long day. The Chirp app left us stuck in the elevator a couple times so that was less than ideal but other than that clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kevin was also very responsive and gave good information for Checking in and out so that was easy. I would stay here again.

Extremely nice place to stay. The room was very nice and exceeded expectations photos provide. Very clean, quiet, perfect for a weekend getaway. Was only a 10 minute drive from the lenovo center even with all of the fair traffic. Host was super nice and accommodating. 10/10 experience.

PROS: This rental was modern, quiet, beautiful, and cozy. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any communications. The bed was amazing and super comfortable! CONS: The instructions for check-in did not match the signage at the front of the building, so we went to the wrong side upon arrival and could not access the garage. After waiting more than a half an hour in the parking lot, I took a picture of the signage and sent it to the host - to which he instructed me to go to the other side of the building where there was an additional garage.We had trouble downloading the Chirp Access app, which is a Bluetooth app that essentially turns your cell phone into a fob and provides access to the garage and elevators. It is STRONGLY URGED to download this app several hours before check-in and keep your battery charged at all times! I was not able to access the app, to get into the building or garage at arrival. My iPhone went into a security delay mode, and I couldn’t download the app for several hours. This caused some stress, because we had concert tickets that evening and were on a tight schedule. Fortunately, the host was able to remotely open the garage for us, and a gentlemen from the cleaning crew provided us access to the elevator. We found soiled diapers left in the trashcan by the toilet and a former guest’s personal belongings left under the bathroomsink that the cleaning crew missed.Regardless, we would stay here again and had a lovely time overall.

Overall this was a great place! Very happy with location, communication, check-in/out procedures. Kevin was a great host. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was the kitchen wasn’t what I would call equipped like the listing said. There were no oven mits to remove things, no baking sheets, definitely need to bring your own coffee stuff. If you planned on not using the kitchen it’s a great find!! I would stay again.
