The hotel itself was fine, facility was clean, evening reception and breakfast was great.
My biggest complaint was of a staff member of the bar. Came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday and got an ice cream cake for the room. Great, forgot to get a couple forks, my bad. Well, I go down to the only area I would expect silverware and plasticware to be kept (the bar/dining area),and said "Hi there, do you guys have any plasticware or a couple forks we could have for our room"? Guy behind the bar has an attitude as if my existence was an inconvenience and goes "Uh, no. We don't keep anything back here. Go check with the front desk" and just had a nasty attitude. Immediately after he goes "Well I did just set out forks for the evening reception, you can take a couple if you need them". Great, if that was an option why didn't we start there instead of the attitude and the go around.
I'm not knocking the entire staff of the hotel as 99% of the staff was awesome. The lady who served the drinks for the evening reception was awesome, and the cooks who made all of the breakfast food were nice and accommodating.
Overall, hotel is nice, just avoid going to the bar if you need/want something.
