ChargePoint Level-2 EV Charging Station set up to provide 48 Amp charging (guest pays for actual usage as tracked in the ChargePoint App). Located in a safe neighborhood great for walking. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Raleigh. Close to the Angus Barn, many restaurants, shopping, groceries and entertainment. Please message the host to confirm all pet needs.

Talk about a home away from home! Super clean, comfortable house with all the creature comforts and amenities you could ask for...and you didn't have to ask! The host thought of everything and it was apparent he had the guests comfort in mind. A most pleasant stay in ever way. I would MOST DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent VRBO! We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely the best rental we have ever stayed in. The home is immaculately clean. The home is very nicely decorated and is very comfortable. Every essential was included...linens, towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryers, fully stocked kitchen, etc. There were extra items generously provided by the host as well...snacks, coffee, tea, water, board games, extra blankets, etc. The host has thought of every detail. Every switch is labeled so we didn't have to guess which ones to use for the lights and fans. The fenced in backyard is cute and private. Guests also have access to the garage for parking in addition to the driveway. The property is all very nicely maintained. The neighborhood is very nice as well. The home is in a convenient location close to stores & restaurants. Eric is a wonderful host. He was great to communicate with and made the entire rental process very pleasant and easy. I highly recommend this cozy home!

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding weekend, and had an amazing time. The house was spacious and had a lot of great additions, like Fire TVs, cookware, and lots room. It was also super clean and was ready to go when we checked in. Eric was an amazing host! His communication skills were great, and he made sure to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The location was also super convenient to getting to and from the airport and even to a grocery store. I would 1000% stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Raleigh!

The house was perfect for our needs, and was exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with, provided very clear instructions, and even gave us suggestions on places to visit/eat/etc. The house was spotlessly clean. Little extras were provided, such as coffee, half-and-half (such a lovely touch), and snacks. We will definitely recommend this property, and will stay again the next time we are in Raleigh.

This was a great property to stay at. The house was exceptionally clean and was very cozy as the description said. This was a superb pet-friendly place with a fenced in back yard and supplied dog bowls. Everything was perfect for sure. We will definitely stay here again.

Words could not express how much we loved our stay! This location had everything our family of four needed for our overnight stay in Raleigh. Eric the host was great with communication and his house was super clean, well organized, and comfortable. Would stay again. He thought of everything you could need. Very accommodating. We were traveling with a toddler and especially appreciated the blackout curtains. Sadly, we had to put our dog down before our trip, Eric was kind to refund our pet fee.

This property was awesome! Outstanding communication with the host. The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed to do. The yard is perfect for a pet. The neighborhood was nice to walk around at night. This house had literally everything we needed for our stay. Offroad parking, and it was clean, clean, clean. If we have business down in this area again, we are definitely staying here. Great job!

This was perfect for our weekend in Raleigh with our pups. No detail was overlooked right down to the fresh water that was waiting for our digs when we arrived. Very cozy and comfy!

A very convenient location for visiting Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated! The outside patio is lovely anytime of day. Eric is easy to contact and very helpful. My friends and I had a delightful stay here! Highly recommend!

I’m a seasoned real estate broker who owns a property management company. I’m hard to impress. This home and the property manager succeeded where many others have failed. He was friendly, clear and concise in his communication, and provided too many thoughtful details to mention. We would stay again! Thanks for a comfortable spot to call home for a night while visiting for medical appointments at Duke!

Excellent Hospitality and Stay

It was very welcoming and comfortable with every detail taken care of -- down to having fresh, cold water in the dog bowl ready for us when we arrived. The property is in pristine condition, incredibly well maintained, and in a perfect location for accessing the greater Raleigh area. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when our travels take us to Raleigh. If we could give 20 stars for the review we would!

Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and organized. Clean and cozy with a fenced in yard for my pup. Our family stopped in Raleigh to have an overnight and pick up a cousin from the airport on our way to the beach and this home was the perfect spot to rest and recharge. Eric, our host, was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Thus is an impeccable property. Eric was accomodating by turning on a few inside lamps since we were arriving late to check in. He has thought of everything as the detail to make the stay was greatly appreciated. Amazing property! We will return on our next trip to Raleigh.

Wedding Weekend Home Base!

Everything, from booking to checkout, was perfect. Eric, the owner, was very attentive & accommodating. The home was spotless, and beautifully & thoughtfully appointed (even had bedside white noise machines)! Had everything we needed, plus more. Made for an ideal situation for us as we were in town for our daughter’s wedding.
