"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Nice room, clean and comfortable, very creaky floors but you expect that in an old building. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed 3 nights and opted for the non cleaning option and didn't eat in as my mother lives locally so can't comment on anything else but will definately be back."
